Terms of Service

The rules for using OnlineToolsKitPro. Short version: use the tools for lawful purposes, don't rely on them for professional advice, and know we collect no data about you. The full version is below.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using OnlineToolsKitPro ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

These terms apply to every visitor and every tool on the site including calculators, converters, formatters, and the resume builder. No exception for casual or one-time use.

02 Definitions

To keep the rest of this document unambiguous, three words have specific meanings:

  • "Service" the OnlineToolsKitPro website at onlinetoolskitpro.in, and every calculator, converter, formatter, generator, and utility we publish on it.
  • "You" / "User" any individual or organisation that accesses or uses the Service.
  • "Content" the text, calculators, layout, code, icons, images, and any other material made available through the Service.

03 The Service We Provide

OnlineToolsKitPro is a collection of free browser-based tools. No account, no download, and no installation is required. The current categories are:

  • Financial calculators loans, EMI, investments, tax, GST, fixed income
  • Health & fitness calculators BMI, BMR, calories, body composition
  • Mathematical tools arithmetic, statistics, unit conversion, geometry
  • Date & time calculators
  • Developer utilities JSON formatter, Base64, subnets
  • Educational tools GPA, grade, weighted grade
  • An ATS-friendly resume builder

Every tool is provided free of charge, and every tool runs entirely in your browser. We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time.

04 Privacy & Data

We collect no personal data. This is not a promise it is an architectural fact, since every calculation runs in your browser and no server receives your inputs.

No IP logging. No analytics. No tracking cookies. No user accounts. For the full breakdown of how we handle (or, more accurately, don't handle) data, read our Privacy Policy.

The only information we ever receive is what you send us voluntarily for example, an email to contact@onlinetoolskitpro.in. That correspondence is used solely to reply and is not added to any mailing list.

05 Your Obligations

By using the Service, you agree to the following:

You will

  • Use the tools only for lawful purposes
  • Verify important results with a qualified professional
  • Report errors or bugs you find to us
  • Respect the copyright of the Service

You will not

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the Service
  • Use scrapers, bots, or automated harvesting
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the tools
  • Copy our branding or misrepresent affiliation

06 Our Obligations

In return, we commit to the following:

  • Keep the Service free no paywalls, no premium tiers, no forced signup
  • Publish calculators whose formulas are verifiable from public sources
  • Fix reported bugs as soon as reasonably possible
  • Preserve the zero-tracking architecture
  • Notify you of any material change to these Terms

07 No Professional Advice

The tools are informational aids, not substitutes for professional advice. Specifically:

  • Financial tools do not constitute financial, tax, or investment advice. Consult a licensed advisor before making material decisions.
  • Health tools do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified physician for any health concern.
  • Educational tools do not replace your institution's official grading or academic guidance.
  • Legal or tax tools do not constitute legal or tax advice.

Always verify critical numbers with a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on any output of the Service.

08 Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties express or implied regarding accuracy, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OnlineToolsKitPro and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. This includes, without limitation, losses of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service, which is ₹0 (the Service is free).

09 Intellectual Property

All Content is owned by OnlineToolsKitPro or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Except where a specific tool states otherwise, you may not:

  • Copy, redistribute, or republish substantial portions of Content
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Service
  • Remove or alter copyright or attribution notices
  • Use our brand name, logo, or domain in a way that implies endorsement
  • Scrape or systematically collect data from the Service

What you can do: use the tools for personal or commercial purposes, share links to the Service, print or export your own results, and quote short excerpts with attribution.

10 Third-Party Links

The Service may link to external websites. Those sites are operated by third parties and are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for:

  • The content, accuracy, or safety of any third-party site
  • The privacy practices of any third-party site
  • Any loss or damage resulting from your use of a third-party site

Linking to a third party does not constitute an endorsement.

11 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the version number and effective date at the top of this page
  • Add a new row to the version history table below
  • Continue to preserve the core commitment: no personal data collection

12 Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms for example, by scraping the site, attempting to disrupt it, or misrepresenting your affiliation with us.

Because we do not maintain user accounts, "termination" in practice means blocking abusive traffic at the network level. Ordinary users are never affected by this section.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
